Chronic Unintentional Dehydration Causes Pain and Disease

Hey all,
Last night I was doing some research on the BUDWIG PROTOCOL(more on that later) and I found an interesting article about the little known facts about water. Here are some of my notes:

• Water prevents, even cures, painful degenerative diseases, naturally.

• Doctors are trained to use chemicals to treat pain and disease when all the body needs is water.

• Doctors routinely treat symptoms, signs and complications of drought in the body with toxic chemicals.

• We remain ignorant of the knowledge of the different ways our bodies show we are thirsty.

• We are suffering from local or regional drought.

• The body is not a container that can be replenished when empty. When dehydration has become symptom-producing, the reversal of its complications take time and understanding.

• Drink the cleanest water possible (no fluorides, chlorination etc.).

• Histamine is in charge of water intake and drought management in the body.

• Every single one of these conditions occurs when there is not enough water in the body. They are STATES OF LOCAL OR REGIONAL DEHYDRATION. This was the missing information needed to understand the basic cause of diseases of the body.

You can read the article by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. by clicking the title of this post.
They have lots of other great informative articles as well. Below are Amazon links to Doctor Batmanghelidj's books.

What's the BEST way for YOU to stay fit with Healthy Exercise?

Take this simple and free quiz to find out. Here are my results:

Your Fitness Type: Playful

You enjoy exercise as long as it doesn't feel like work.

Working out is your playtime, and you're up for any exercise that's fun.

Try exercise that involves a little friendly competition, like basketball, softball, or volleyball.

Or you may even like exercising with a fitness video game. Anything that makes you feel like a kid again.

Give yourself a quick frequency "tune up" video

Hey everybody! The sound you hear is a cat purr, it is said to have healing properties. I am currently learning about how light(color) & sound frequencies can affect your health. I had the great idea to put them together to reduce stress & what-not. With a quick youtube search I found I wasn't the first to have this idea. Give it a try, it works best with headphones at a comfortable sound level. Enjoy!

Feel free to comment. I know my blog is a mess right now so please be nice;-]
